Emily david

Emily David began her ballet training at Dancing Plus, Cedar Springs when she was five years old.  From seventh grade until she graduated from high school, she danced at the School of the Grand Rapids Ballet Company under direction of Patricia Barker in Grand Rapids, MI.  She was a part of the Junior Company under the artistic direction of Attila Mosolygo for three years.  Graduated from Sparta High School and was accepted as a dance major at Grand Valley’s Dance Program.  During her time at Grand Valley she has had the opportunity to perform works by guest artists and created many works herself.  Emily will be graduating in April with a Bachelor of Science in dance and cell and molecular biology.  She is excited to attend Purdue University’s Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology Graduate Program to study cancer drug design.
